How much does a website cost with AutoScale?

Prices vary dependent upon what package you select. We strive to stay extremely competitive and ensure that we aren’t price gouging because we can.

We understand that for a small bbusiness, a website may seem like a huge expense when you’re seeing agencies charge upwards of $5k+

AutoScale aims to stay in that section of the market around $1-2k.

What does the 7 day guarantee entail?

Simply put, you put down a 50% deposit upon starting your project. If we don’t complete your website within the 7 day guaranteed time frame, you receive your deposit back and get yourself a website, completely free. This however is up to our discretion and will be communicated to you if we believe that a project might take longer than 7 days to complete but in 98% of case, a week is all we need!

As small business owners our selves, we understand that time is money so getting your brand-new site launched as fast as possible is what we do.

Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?

We are highly against hidden fees. What you see is what you get. The only additional fees you’ll pay for a website is hosting ($12/month) and our time should you need to add or change anything in future – however, because we use WordPress, you can make changes and do what you want with your website whenever you please.

Is any of the process outsourced?

No! We hate outsourcing as much as you do when it comes to finicky things like your businesses’ website. Our Melbourne-based team will design and develop on your website and will communicate directly with you to ensure a hassle-free and streamlined process.

What if I don't like my website?

If your website is built within the 7 day time-frame as per the scope of your website project and you’ve gone through the 3 included revision rounds but you still aren’t 100% happy, we will work on your website until you are 100% satisfied – we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee because we value relationship and doing business the proper way.

How does the payment process work?

To start a project with us, you pay 50% deposit upfront and then the rest upon completion and launch of the website.

How much time do I have to spend?

You have better things to tend to, really all the time you need to set aside for your new website is 30 minutes – 1 hour maximum. This includes sending us through inspiration website designs, content such as text, photo & video and a few other necessary items we need to build your website.
